Mr. Wright is a graduate of Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science in Education degree and a major in Physical Education. He is a graduate of St. Louis University with a Bachelor of Medicinal Science degree in Physician Assistant Education. His principal responsibility with Orlando Orthopaedic Center is to assist Dr. Grady McBride with the management of his medical practice.
Certified by the State of Florida to provide healthcare under the supervision of a licensed physician, Mr. Wright will be performing in-office patient treatment that will include evaluation of common medical problems for diagnostic and treatment purposes. He will provide wound care and cast application/removal, plus other services as requested by Dr. McBride. He will assist Dr. McBride in the Operating Room, and will see patients in the hospital for both pre and post-operative care.
It is felt that your medical care will be enhanced through Mr. Wright's direct assistance to you, the answering of your questions, and the securing of a better understanding of the condition(s) for which you are seeing Dr. McBride.
Mr. Wright received his Physician Assistant certification in 1995. His additional work experience encompasses that of Head Athletic Trainer – Strength and Conditioning Coach at St. Louis University. He has over ten years experience working in orthopaedics and sports medicine.
