Evan Thomas, M.D., Ph.D.: A nationally recognized radiation oncologist and LDRT expert who completed his dual medical and doctoral degrees at the University of Alabama, Dr. Thomas brings advanced radiosurgery expertise to non-surgical orthopaedic care. He leads Orlando Orthopaedic Center’s LDRT program, providing gentle, targeted treatments to alleviate debilitating musculoskeletal pain.

Efrain J. Perez-Bravo, M.D.

Efrain J. Perez-Bravo, M.D.: A board-certified physical medicine and rehabilitation specialist, Dr. Perez-Bravo subspecializes in pain management, interventional spine, and sports medicine. With extensive experience in conservative joint and spine therapies, he focuses on comprehensive pain relief and restorative care strategies that help patients overcome chronic discomfort and maintain active routines.
