Moreover, he is actively involved in the American Academy of Neurology, serving on the Sports Neurology Sub-Section and Clinical Neurophysiology Sub-Section since 2011 and 2009, respectively.

Dr. Hoffen’s practice focus is on the diagnosis and treatment of headaches, memory disorders and nerve and muscle diseases. He specializes and performs Botox for headaches and EMG-NCV testing of nerves and muscles. Dr. Hoffen has extensive experience managing worker’s compensation and sports neurology cases.

Dr. Hoffen and his wife reside in Lake Mary. They have two adult daughters living outside Central Florida, whom they love to see in Orlando or travel with.
